"Padma GIVE" symbolises our dedication to Grant, Inspire, Volunteer, and Empower as we diligently strive to create a positive impact on society.“Making a positive influence on the community and the environment should inherently be a part of our role, both as a company and as individuals. Therefore, we don’t view it as a mere obligation.” said Ristiana Manao, Padma Hotels’ Corporate Director of Human Resources. With "Padma GIVE," Padma Hotels eagerly anticipates advancing its CSR efforts and making a significant difference in the communities it serves.GrantWe strive to ensure that our events and activities go beyond being solely profit-driven. Through initiatives like the annual Padma Run events in Bandung and Semarang, for example, we aim to make a meaningful difference. The funds raised are channelled into charitable causes, whether it’s improving nearby school facilities or contributing to environmental efforts.InspireEvery individual begins their journey from a unique starting point, and we try our best to regularly visit schools where we aim to ignite inspiration in the younger generation. We are actively involved in ongoing programs at primary schools, focusing on teaching English skills. Additionally, we offer vocational and university students opportunities to gain valuable insights into professional life through our internship and management training programs.VolunteerWe firmly believe that giving extends beyond material possessions. At Padma Hotels, we are dedicated to contributing our time to support our community through small yet impactful gestures, such as our regular beach clean-up efforts in Bali and blood donation to further support those in need. We are thrilled to announce that we will also be actively participating in mangrove planting programs in Bali. EmpowerSupporting the local community is an integral part of Padma Hotels' identity, extending well beyond showcasing local cuisine and delivering authentic Indonesian hospitality.
